Our May meeting included stories of members’ visit to the Central States Show the past weekend. We were informed about the passing of our dear friend and member, Jack S. Our deepest sympathies go out to Tina and her family.
Our presentation for the evening included Bank notes from Tom. He told a story of finding an unknown bank note from the town of Garden Grove, Iowa that included action and suspense.
The club agreed to purchase a projector to use for presentations. Randy has the projector and will be testing it out this coming meeting. Randy has posted some Waukesha Exonumia on the WCC website; “Peoples Accommodation Store” and “Early Waukesha, Wisconsin Merchants and Bankers”.

- Our next regular meeting of the Waukesha Coin Club will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 1st , at the Waukesha Salvation Army meeting room located at 445 Madison Street. The Salvation Army is located one block west of the corner of Highway 18 and Madison Street. Enter through the back door and take the elevator to the second floor.
