Our September meeting included an auction.  We had 57 items up for auction. Dave Hunsicker graciously was the auctioneer for the evening and did o fine job loosening the audiences’ purse strings.  Out of the 57 items, 44 of them were sold. Don and Randy organized the auction and where relieved to find monies collected matched monies paid out for the night.  All in all the auction was well received and enjoyed by all.

Our president Chuck Payne announced he was enrolling in an upcoming college night class that coincides with our Wednesday night meetings. Unfortunately he will no longer be able to make the Wednesday meetings and asked to step aside.  The current Vice President, Glenn J., will take over meetings for the remainder of the year. Randy volunteered to act as nominating committee chair and announced if anyone was interested in becoming the President next year, to please contact him.

Our October meeting shall include a presentation “ The  Falls of Cyde” by Tina S.
