Dealers to setup between 7-9am and doors open at 9am closes at 4pm.  Setup at 7am includes layout of electrical cords, re-arranging tables for front entrance and raffle item display. We need volunteers throughout the day manning the front table taking admission. John W to perform the raffle throughout the day, Scott W to post signage and judge displays.
