Presentation: Chuck started his Gold Coin from 1907 & 1908 presentation. The
information about Theodore Roosevelt, Charles Barber and Augustus Saint-Gaudens
was enlightening. Charles wanting to create functional coins vs Augustus and
Theordore wanting a well designed coin really was interesting. I can’t wait to hear the
part 2 of the presentation.

President’s Message: Thanks to all that helped with the Coin Show! We had a record
turn out of 561 visitors and a record number of Raffle ticket sales 1350 or so. The
dealers had a great day and only complained that they were too busy to take a lunch.
The Trade list has been updated with new items so take a look. We will have more
raffle tickets for purchase in the April meeting prior to conducting the raffle. See you

Mint News: The release of the 4 Gold Proof Coins and the last of the First Amendment
Platinum coin was in February. Nothing much else was revealed and no press
releases from the mint.
