Presentation: We had our annual Coin Auction. Hope everyone got something special.

President’s Message: Looking back over this year, our club made some really great changes that have enhanced our membership’s experience. We found a new location at Schuetze Rec Center that provides us with more room, lighting and access for our meetings. We started the Trade List which has given our membership the chance to buy and sell their collections. We had the biggest attendance at the March coin show so far, thanks to Chuck’s article in the Freeman. And, we filled every meeting this year with a presentation except one, due to technical difficulties. We should be proud of our accomplishments! We should also thank our officers for a great job this year (Marcia Eric, and John) and welcome our new slate of officers for next year (Eric-Pres., Marcia- VP, Chuck – Treas., Randy- Sec.) Happy Collecting! – Randy

Mint News: The Mint made 1,300,400,000 cents in 2025. That is one billion, three hundred million, four hundred thousand. At the 4 cent cost to produce, that is 5.2 billion dollars. At $33 for an uncirculated coin cent with a reported production number of 190,000 that is 6.2 million. I was hoping that would have put a bigger dent into the production cost but maybe not. I tried to figure out the sales figures for the mint but that number is a lot harder to find. After 233 years the coin is over. The tribute to Abraham Lincoln has concluded.
